When a maintenance manager (a "seeker") contacts a supplier through Parts Link Direct, the seeker's contact details and request are transmitted directly to that supplier only. Parts Link Direct is not privy to the content of these enquiries and does not retain, read, or store the seeker's personal contact information.

Parts Link Direct does not store a seeker's name, phone number, email address, or location in connection with an enquiry. These details are delivered straight to the chosen supplier by email and exist only in that supplier's inbox. Parts Link Direct has no access to the communications that take place between a seeker and a supplier.

Parts Link Direct operates this marketplace to connect managers with suppliers. We do not collect, compile, or on-sell the customer lists or enquiry details of any supplier on the platform. A supplier's relationship with the managers who contact them is their own.

To operate the marketplace and provide analytics, Parts Link Direct retains a record of the machine brand, model, part description and supplier associated with each enquiry — but no seeker personal details. Subscription and account information is held separately in accordance with our terms and applicable Australian privacy law.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to know what personal information is held about you and to request access to, or correction of, that information. Because Parts Link Direct does not store your enquiry contact details, there is generally no personal information held by us in relation to an individual enquiry.
