Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Parts Link Direct marketplace (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Act statement. Parts Link Direct operates a marketplace that connects maintenance managers ("Seekers") seeking spare parts for heavy equipment with suppliers ("Suppliers"). Parts Link Direct is the owner and operator of the Platform and is not a party to any transaction, quote or agreement entered into between a Seeker and a Supplier. Access to supplier search is provided under a paid subscription. Supplier listings are provided under tiered subscription plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You agree NOT to: (a) scrape, harvest, bulk-download, index, mirror, cache or otherwise systematically extract data, supplier listings, contact details or content from the Platform; (b) use any automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts) to access or collect Platform data; (c) copy, reproduce, repackage, resell, redistribute or relicense the Platform or any data obtained through it; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or derive source code or structure of the Platform; or (e) use the Platform to build a competing directory or marketplace. The Platform, its design, branding, software, databases, supplier directory structure, rankings and content are owned by Parts Link Direct and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted no rights except a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. All manufacturer names and trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility purposes only. Enquiries sent through the Platform are transmitted directly between a Seeker and the chosen Supplier. Parts Link Direct does not warrant, guarantee or take responsibility for the accuracy of any quote, the quality or fitness of any part, or the performance of any Supplier. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parts Link Direct is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including any transaction with a Supplier. Parts Link Direct may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, including where these Terms are breached or a subscription is cancelled or unpaid. [Solicitor to specify termination process, notice and effect on data.]

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. [Solicitor to confirm jurisdiction and dispute-resolution clause.]
